Fumi Restaurant
Fumi is a Japanese restaurant and bar committed to bringing the best of the country’s food and drink to Hong Kong, serving delectable dishes in an elegant space filled with Japanese-inspired art, furniture and tableware. On top of serving omakase dinners, kaiseki meals, à la carte dishes and set lunches, Fumi will offer an extensive range of sakes and a selection of Japanese wines. Fumi will also educate diners about Japanese heritage by presenting cultural menus to coincide with Japanese festivals and hosting traditional dance performances, calligraphy demonstrations and talks about the country’s food culture.
